Viewing your lab results is quick and easy through our secure AdvancedMD Patient Portal.

🔍 Step-by-Step Instructions:

Log In to the Patient Portal

Go to: Advanced MD | Patient Portal

Enter your username and password.

Click on the “Records” or “Documents” tab

Depending on your portal version, this section may also be labeled “Health Records” or “Chart.”

Select “Lab Results” or “Test Results”

A list of recent labs will appear with the date of service and test name.

Click on the Lab Report You Want to View

You’ll see detailed results and any notes your provider has shared.
