How to Communicate with Your Care Team
Need to ask a question, request a refill, or follow up on your care? You can securely message us through the AdvancedMD Patient Portal.
📲 Step-by-Step Instructions:
Log In to the Patient Portal
Go to: Advanced MD | Patient Portal
Enter your username and password.
Click on “Messages” or “Inbox”
This is where you can view messages from your provider or send a new one.
Click “Compose” or “New Message”
Choose your provider or care team member from the drop-down list.
Type Your Message
Enter your subject and your message. Be as detailed as needed for quick assistance.
Click “Send”
You’ll receive a response directly in your portal inbox, usually within 1–2 business days.
Secure & Confidential All messages are encrypted and go directly to your care team—keeping your health information private and protected.
