How to Share Your FreeStyle Libre 3 Data with BlueBird Care Physicians
✅ Step 1: Create a LibreView Account
Go to www.libreview.com
Click “Sign Up”
Choose “I am a patient”
Complete the registration with your name, email, and password
If you already have a LibreView account, just log in.
✅ Step 2: Link the Libre 3 App to LibreView
Open the FreeStyle Libre 3 app on your smartphone
Tap Menu (☰) > Account > LibreView
Sign in with your LibreView email and password
This allows your CGM data to sync automatically with LibreView
✅ Step 3: Share Data with BlueBird Care Physicians
Go to www.libreview.com and log in
Click your name in the top right corner → select “Account Settings”
Click “My Practices”
Click “Add”
Enter this Practice ID:
bluebird1936
Click “Add” or “Connect”
Once connected, your glucose data will automatically be shared with our clinic.
How to Share Your Dexcom G7 Data with BlueBird Care Physicians
✅Step 1: Install the Dexcom Clarity App
Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
Search for “Dexcom Clarity”
Download and install the app
✅ Step 2: Log in or Create a Dexcom Account
Open Dexcom Clarity
Sign in with the same email and password you use for your Dexcom G7 app
If you don’t have an account, tap “Create Account” and follow the prompts
✅ Step 3: Share Data with BlueBird Care Physicians
In Dexcom Clarity, tap the menu icon (☰) or go to Settings
Select "Authorize Sharing" or "Sharing"
Enter our clinic’s sharing code:

Tap “Connect” or “Add” to finish
✅ Step 4: Keep Your Data Syncing
Keep your Dexcom G7 app running on your phone
Make sure Bluetooth and internet are on so your data updates automatically
