How to Create an Account & Access Your Patient Portal
Welcome to Bluebird Care Physicians! Our Patient Portal lets you securely message your provider, view lab results, request refills, update your information, and manage appointments—all online, anytime.
🔐 Step 1: Receive Your Portal Invitation
After your first visit or upon request, our office will send you a secure invitation via email or text message.
Look for a message from Bluebird Care Physicians or AdvancedMD.
🖱️ Step 2: Open the Invitation Link
Click the link in the message.
You will be taken to the AdvancedMD Patient Portal registration page.
✍️ Step 3: Create Your Account
Enter your first name, last name, date of birth, and email address as it appears in our records.
Choose a username and password.
Set up security questions for password recovery.
Accept the terms and conditions.
✅ Tip: Use a strong password you can remember.
🔓 Step 4: Log In to the Portal
Visit our portal link:

Enter your username and password.
📱 Accessing the Portal Later
You can always access the patient portal using:
A computer, tablet, or smartphone
The AdvancedMD Mobile App (optional for easier access)
Bookmark the login page for future visits.
